Deliveries, Exchanges, Returns, Warranty



In order to recive the order correctly, it is very important to complete your correct personal information, adress and telephone number, to avoid delivery error.

We offer Free Delivery on the península.

Deliveries to, Portugal, Germany, France, Mónaco, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and San Marino cost 6€.

Deliveries to Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland and Czech Republic cost 9€.

Currently we don´t deliver to Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.

Deliveries to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden cost 15€.

If you order a product with the label “InStock”, we will deliver it in 24/48h, as long as you ask it before 20:00h on a working day and not a bank holiday in Madrid. Other orders have 8 to 18 delivery time, depending on the manufacturer. Orders with more than a product and different delivery times, we take into account the longest period.

You are going to receive an Email with the tracking number when your order leaves our facilities, in order to know it status at all times.


If you choose this method of delivery, you can pick up your order at the Flagship Store which is in the Parque Comercial Río Norte II, Carretera de Fuencarral 1, 28108 Alcobendas MADRID (Spain). The opening hours are Monday to Friday 10:30-14:30 / 16:30-20:30, and Saturday 10:30-14:30 hours.

To pick up it, you only have to tell us your order reference and the name of the person who asked for the order.


If your order has “InStock” label, we contact with you to tell when pick up it in a maximum period of 24/48h except you make the order on Friday from 14:00h, on weekend and on bank holiday.

PRODUCTS WITH DELIVERY from 8 to 18 Working Days:

For orders without “InStock” label, we will contact you in a maximum period of 8 to 18 working days to indicate when you can pick it up.


You have 30 days from the date you recieved the products for Exchanges and Returns, in case you are not pleased with the purchase.

You only can Exchange and Return products which are in perfect conditions, keeping their original packing and without signs of using. If the product has some defect, you have to inform us before 48h.

To make a Change or a Return, you have to do the following steps:

1.)  Print and complete the following application form that you have to send inside the box with the product. DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM

2.) Send a Whatsapp! to +34 683 12 40 81 requesting what you prefer:

  • Make a Free Change or Return! at our FLAGSHIP STORE. You have to deliver the order in the store with the invoice and there they will process de management.
  • Return the order to our facilities on your own (Parque Comercial Río Norte II, Carretera de Fuencarral 1, 28108 Alcobendas MADRID (Spain)). The shipping costs will be from your account.
  • Only in Spain, the Transport Agency pick up the package where you say and they deliver it to our facilities. ¡The first Change is Free! so you do not have to pay the costs for not having succeeded at the beginning. The Returns in Spain cost 2,90€ and it will be deducted from the amount of your original order. 

* Changes and Returns of Prescription Glasses have an additional cost of 7€ for assembly costs.

Once received and verified the status of the products in our facilities, we will proceed to the refund of the amount as soon as posible, in the same way that you made the payment. If you prefer, we can also generate a discount coupon for your next purchase for the corresponding value.


The products in Ohgafas.com have the warranties and enjoys all the rights of the consumer legally recognized in Spain. We are an Online sales company and you can contact with us if you have any difficulty or to enforce your warranty rigts, if necessary. The Glasses have:

  • 2 years of warranty in frame breaks due to manufacturing defect from the date of delivery. We use original replacements.

  • 2 years of warranty in lens manufacturing defects. If you see defects that are not an accidental breakage or poor maintenance, is necessary to return the product to our facilities. Then, the product will return to your adress with Free sending costs.

  • In case of defective product, Ohgafas.com will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer within 2 years of delivery.
